1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealDan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app or the website.

2. Use of the Service

DealDan is a platform where businesses and users share deals and offers through short videos and stories.

You must be at least 13 years old to use DealDan. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use DealDan only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use DealDan only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you post on DealDan. By posting content, you grant DealDan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute it on DealDan and to promote DealDan.

Deals and offers you post must be accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

5. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on DealDan.

Every post, comment and profile can be reported from inside the app, and any user can block another user. Blocked users can no longer see your content or contact you.

We review reports and remove objectionable content. Accounts responsible for it are suspended or permanently terminated, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

By using DealDan you agree not to post objectionable content and not to abuse or harass other users.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• • Post harmful, offensive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or unlawful content
• • Harass, threaten, intimidate or impersonate other people
• • Post spam, fake deals or misleading content
• • Create fake accounts
• • Post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• • Attempt to hack, disrupt or compromise the app or the website
• • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse DealDan

7. Coins and In-App Purchases

DealDan offers virtual coins that can be used inside the app, for example for AI features. Coins are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play and are charged by Apple or Google.

Coins are a limited licence to use features inside DealDan. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside DealDan. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies, and otherwise only where required by applicable law.

8. AI Services

DealDan provides AI-powered tools such as AI video generation, text-to-speech, voice changing and audio cleaning. Some of these tools use coins. The tools are provided as-is, results may vary, and you are responsible for the content you create and post with them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

DealDan is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of DealDan.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use of DealDan after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
